Order Terms

Quality
To REM QC standard unless otherwise required. All products available from REM Craft Co., LTD are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and supplied with a 6 to 12 month manufacturers warranty where applicable. We will make a replace or full refund on any goods if you receive and find them to be faulty. All quality problems must be advised within 5 days of original arrival date.

Quantity
Minimum order quantity is 100 pcs per style each color，the more units you buy the lower the unit price.

Packing
inner packing: a pp bag and card for each piece in our common practice
outer packing: cartons well-protected for ocean transport or air transport

Fast Delivery
For these items and quantity on stock availability, We aim to despatch all orders within 4 working days of receiving the order, For these items without stock or if there is any problem with supplying a particular item, we will tell you at the time of ordering. We may contact you by email or by telephone. The normal delivery will be effected in 15/20 days after deposit being received at our end

Pricing
The prices quoted are FOB Guangzhou-based, and due to material price fluctuation and other factors concerned, prices are subject to our final confirmation on the ordering day.

OEM order is welcome
Our minimum order of customisation items and giveaways is around 1000-5000 units. Depending on the complexity of your product and design, prices will vary but we will provide you with a full quote once we have your specification. Prices to be advised on submission of sales enquiry

Payment
by T/T: 30% of the total value paid before production as deposit, the balance funds paid for the order delivery

by L/C: L/C is also considerable for big orders
